FunTime Shipping Policy
Steps & Guidelines for a Return:
1) Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of item to return your items. No refunds will be given after 30 days return period.
2) A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required. You must fill out the form below and we will email you a RMA number. Our warehouse will not accept shipments without the proper RMA.
For Damaged Products- If you are returning a product that was damaged in shipment, please fill out the form below and email pictures to email@example.com. We will not issue a RMA without these pictures.
For incorrectly made orders- you, the customer, will be responsible for shipping charges. There is also a 20% restocking fee. This covers repackaging and restocking.
For cancellations- If your item has already shipped and you wish to cancel the order, you, the customer, are responsible for the original shipping charges and the shipping charges back to the warehouse. Product credit will be provided after the product is returned and examined and we have determined that the product is in good condition.
