Shipping Policy
  • Depending on the products, shipping for FunTime products may or may not be included. 
  • Shipping costs and options will be displayed transparently on the product details page. This will reflect the current market shipping rates.
  • Please always provide full addresses, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping FAQs:

How to track my shipment?
  • When you place your order for our products a label is created with a tracking number assigned.
  • Most items are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Some smaller items will be shipped via the US Postal Service.  
  • You should receive a tracking number notification from the service used.  
  • Please expect around 4-5 days for your product(s) to be processed and shipped.
    • 24hrs after order is picked up, the tracking number can be used.
Approximate shipping times?
  • We will always try to find the cheapest shipping option for our customers and make every attempt to be prompt in shipping your items and giving the best shipping times 
  • Please expect 4-5 business days for shipping.
    • Typically items ship out within 24-48 hours of you placing an order.  
    • Most items are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Some smaller items will be shipped via the US Postal Service. 
  • Once picked up by FedEx/UPS/USPS/other, shipping delays are a result our the carrier's service not FunTime. Thank you for the understanding. 
  • In occasions when we are back orders or have shipping delays, you will be notified. We do apologize for any inconvenience.  
 Is shipping included?
  • Most products over $25 will include shipping to the Continental USA (i.e. excluding Hawaii & Alaska).
  • Unless clearly specified that shipping is included, shipping fees will be added at check-out and are reflective of current rates.
Why has the shipping fees changed so much?
  • We ship items all over the world and we know that you want to pay the least amount to ship your item to you. You may see your shipment fees decrease because of the carrier chosen, e.g. FedEx/UPS/USPS/other, depending on who is offering the cheapest rate.
  • COVID-19 has greatly impacted the global shipping and freight fees, unfortunately FunTime has no control over these costs and can only quote shipping as presented by our partners. Therefore, you might see price changes reflected accordingly.
Is there express shipping for my order?
  • Please contact our sales staff to get a quote about express shipping!

  • Once we know your order item and address, we will be able to provide a quote.
  • Shipping fees and any surcharge is according to our shipping partner rates.
Non-Continental & International Shipping?
  • Outside the Continental US includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/PPO addresses.
  • Our system will not accept an order that is to be shipped outside the Continental USA. So if you need a shipment sent to any destination outside of the Continental US, please call our office at: 855-800-JUMP (855-800-5867) for a shipping quote.
