Our Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring that you have functional and quality products. However, if you do need to return a product to us, please follow the guidelines and instructions below:

Steps & Guidelines for a Return:

  1. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of item to return your items. No refunds will be given after 30 days return period.
  2. Follow the detailed guidelines below depending on the type of return- damaged product, incorrect orders, cancellation.
  3. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. 

Detailed Instruction

 For Damaged Products
  • If you are returning a product that was damaged in shipment, please email us with your order number as title and pictures to sales@sportspowertrampolineparts.com.  
  • Upon receipt of the pictures and completion of the form, we will deliver the return merchandise authorization (RMA)
For incorrectly made orders or cancellations
  • Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
  • If your item has already shipped and you wish to cancel or return the order, you, the customer, are responsible for the original shipping charges and return shipping.
  • Once received the product will be reviewed and the team determines if its in acceptable condition. We will deduct a 20% restocking fee which will help us cover repackaging and restocking. From there product credit will be issued with your return. This process is roughly 1-2 weeks depending on shipping speed.
